Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  We want you to be 100% satisfied.  If you are not satisfied, please contact us.

If you have an issue with a shipment, please contact us at: info@CustomCreations3D.com.  Please provide your name, order number and an explanation of what is wrong with the item.  If you do not receive a response from us within 48 hours, please send us another email.  This small business is run by local students.  Your support and patience are appreciated.
